When/where did you first start doing Lindy Hop?
I started taking lessons at PBDA in 1998
Why did you first start doing Lindy Hop?
My friend took me out to the Hi-Ball when I was visiting her and I loved it so when I came back to So.Cal I had to find some lessons
What is the size of your local Lindy community?
It's pretty large
How often do you go out dancing or take lessons?
We do dance related stuff at least three or four times a week (usually with the 25 little kiddies!)
What is your favorite thing about Lindy Hop (both as an activity and as a community)?
I love that Lindy Hopping is such a liberating feeling! It makes me feel so free!

I am a Director of Physical Therapy

What bit of non-swing info about you would the Lindy community find interesting?
I held the record at my high school for a long time (even until recently) for playing scales on the flute! (That does imply that yes I was a band geek!)
How has Lindy Hop changed your life?
Lindy Hop has given me a way to travel and see the world and get to know so many people. And moreso it has given me and my husband something to do together!
