Chelsea Rodgers. Yes, JUST like the Prince song.
Now that that is out of the way, let me tell you how much i love music and dance. Give me a song I'll dance to it, hold my hand and I'll sing you a song!
I do both Lindy and West Coast, and I don't judge either side. I've done Lindy much longer, but have not been traveling much recently.

When/where did you first start doing Lindy Hop?
I first started in 1998, just a baby!!!
Why did you first start doing Lindy Hop?
My grandmother did swing when she was young and then did west coast when I was little, it was in my blood.
What is the size of your local Lindy community?
In Oklahoma City, I was one of maybe 3 or 4. In Kansas City area, there are a few more, but only about 5 who would ever travel to an event
How often do you go out dancing or take lessons?
I go dancing once or twice a week and teach privates a couple days a week
What is your favorite thing about Lindy Hop (both as an activity and as a community)?
I love the support the community gives itself. If someone is in need, we band together. (I <3 Lindy Hoppers Fund)
What do you do for a living?
I'm a nursing student and dance instructor

What bit of non-swing info about you would the Lindy community find interesting?
My friends call me "mini-martha" for my cooking, scrapbooking, sewing and all around fanciness.
How has Lindy Hop changed your life?
It brought me closer to a music I love and gave me a reason to jump around and be silly.
